One of the Isle of Wight’s most popular events, the Yarmouth Old Gaffers Festival, is back this year for another year of fun and entertainment. This harbour event sees over 100 boats, including sailing and motor vessels, moored for viewing and taking part in sailing races.

Boats in harbour for the Old Gaffers Festival

As a family attraction, it’s not all about the boats, either. There’ll be street entertainment, live music, craft fairs, an international market, and a demonstration of classic vehicles. If you’re planning on visiting for this event, book a Yarmouth holiday cottage and make a holiday of it.
